There shouldn't really be a page on this very serious website about bikes. But there is.
In all truth biking is rubbish. It's impractical and it takes little imagination to list all the ways in which cars are better. But there will come a day when the air is fresh and there's a journey to go on; that's the time to be out on the bike, rolling along in top at 40 or 50, looking about, barely touching any controls - even the bars! Time stands still and the landscape plumps you up. My bike is a Moto Guzzi Mille GT. It's around 20 years old and is almost as old fashioned as me. A Moto Guzzi... That's the way to travel for miles and miles and miles. I shan't bother with photo details - it's the bike that matters, but, for what it's worth, the cameras involved were a mix of a Leica M2/35mm Elmar and an Olympus Mju-II. There's even one photo taken with my Yashica Mat!

This is the whole point
